Chia Chin Lee, CEO and Co-Founder
Chia Chin Lee has over 12 years of leadership and creative experience in the interactive entertainment industry.
Most recently, Chia Chin was Vice President at Sony Computer Entertainment America / Zipper Interactive, developer of the SOCOM franchise with over 10 million units sold worldwide.
Before joining Zipper, Chia Chin was at the publishing division of Microsoft Game Studios where he performed due diligence on game ideas and helped Xbox/PC development partners solve production challenges. Prior to Microsoft Games, Chia Chin held leadership roles at Valve Software (creators of the Half-Life franchise) and Activision / Raven Software.

Robert Reichner, COO and Co-Founder
Robert Reichner has over 10 years experience in operations and business systems design.
Prior to starting Offbeat, he led financial and operational systems implementations in the biotech and biomedical research industries as a Director of Operations and Senior Financial Analyst.
Robert has spent the last several years heavily involved in social media, entertainment, and online games specializing in virality, monetization, and optimization.

Tom Fakes, Chief Engineer and Co-Founder
Mr. Fakes has 17 years experience in professional software development. Previously, he built systems using the Ruby on Rails web framework, initially for 21st Century Music and more recently, Sony Computer Entertainment America / Zipper Interactive.
Mr. Fakes also developed the interface for an online white-label music store product for Loudeye (now Muze), including the first mobile music purchasing experience in the US (AT&T Wireless).
Before he worked at Loudeye, Mr. Fakes spent 10 years at Microsoft, building the first version of WindowsMedia.com and the online components of the Windows Media Player. Previous to that, he shipped the first version of Exchange Server.
Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Fakes built one of the first Windows email clients at Finansa Ltd in London.
Mr. Fakes also developed the interface for an online white-label music store product for Loudeye (now Muze), including the first mobile music purchasing experience in the US (AT&T Wireless).
